Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Rank1. By using this website, buying a license or using any Rank1 product, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or the products.

Rank1 may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to every order made after it is published.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy or use Rank1 products. Purchases made with payment methods you are not authorised to use may be reversed and the related licenses terminated.

A Rank1 license grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the product you bought for the duration you selected, on one hardware profile at a time. Licenses are single use: a license key that has been issued cannot be reused on another order.

You may not share, resell, sublicense, lease or redistribute any license key, loader, file or part of a Rank1 product. Doing so ends your license immediately with no refund.

Access may be tied to your hardware. If your hardware changes, submit a HWID reset request from your dashboard; repeated resets may be reviewed before approval.

Prices are shown in USD. Payment is accepted in the cryptocurrencies listed at checkout, and through our card payment partner for card, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Card payments are processed by an external provider; Rank1 never sees or stores your card details.

Crypto payments are validated on-chain: the destination address, the exact amount, the transaction result and the required confirmations are all checked automatically. If the amount sent does not match the amount displayed, the transaction will not be validated and no key will be delivered. Crypto sent after the displayed quote expires is not eligible for a refund.

A license key is delivered on the confirmation screen and by email once payment is confirmed. If no key is available for the product you bought, your order is recorded and a key is issued to you as soon as stock arrives; contact support with your order number.

You may not use Rank1 products to harass other players, to cheat in tournaments or ranked competitions, for commercial boosting sold to third parties, or in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the platforms you use.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source or internals of any Rank1 product, and you may not attack, probe or interfere with this website, its checkout or its payment flows.

Accounts used for chargeback or payment fraud lose access to all products, and related Discord access is removed.

Because license keys are delivered digitally and immediately, completed orders are generally non-refundable. If a product you bought does not work and support cannot fix it, contact us and we will resolve the case fairly - that may mean a replacement, an extension or a refund depending on the situation.

Chargebacks filed without contacting support first lead to permanent loss of access.

We aim to keep products updated and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Anti-cheat changes, game updates and maintenance can interrupt access temporarily. Planned changes are announced on the status page and in Discord.

A product that becomes permanently unusable will be marked as such, and active licenses for it will be handled individually through support.

Rank1 products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rank1 is not liable for game account bans, data loss, lost profits or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the products or this website.

Using third-party game modification software can violate the terms of service of the games you use it with. That risk is yours; Rank1 does not undetectable-guarantee any product forever.
